Welcome to DNI Africa (David Njoku Initiative). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DNI Africa’s platforms, programs, and services. By engaging with DNI Africa, you agree to comply with these Terms.


Mission and Scope

DNI Africa is a youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering African communities through AI literacy, legal awareness, health education, creative innovation, and leadership development. These Terms apply to all users, volunteers, donors, and partners.


Eligibility

  • Membership: Open to individuals passionate about justice, youth empowerment, and community development.
  • Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors require parental or guardian consent.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with applicable laws and DNI Africa’s ethical standards.


User Responsibilities

  • Respectful Conduct: Users must engage respectfully, avoiding harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior.
  • Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful information when registering, donating, or participating.
  • Intellectual Property: Users must respect DNI Africa’s intellectual property and that of third parties.


Donations and Financial Contributions

  • Transparency: All donations are processed securely, with receipts provided.
  • Non-Refundable: Contributions are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Use of Funds: Donations support DNI Africa’s programs in line with its mission.


Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: Content produced by DNI Africa, including educational materials, logos, and campaigns, is protected.
  • Limited License: Users may access and share content for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.
  • Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.


Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: DNI Africa collects limited personal information for program participation and donations.
  • Confidentiality: Personal data is kept secure and not shared without consent, except as required by law.
  • User Rights: Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.


Program Participation

  • Volunteers: Must adhere to DNI Africa’s code of conduct and guidelines.
  • Events: Participation requires compliance with safety and organizational rules.


Termination: DNI Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations.


Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: DNI Africa provides services “as is” without warranties.
